The Sedgwick County Nursing Home is a 32 bed facility staffed by a caring and supportive team of CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s. We are steps from the Valley Medical Clinic on the Sedgwick County Health Center Campus.
Our residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, social events, delicious home cooked meals and an on-site beauty/barber shop! We offer both private (based on availability,) and semi-private rooms. An outside front patio and a courtyard to enjoy when the weather permits.

The Jacob J. and Ann B. Walter Assisted Living Center is located at 900 Pine Street in Julesburg and is adjacent to the Sedgick County Nursing Home.
With 20 private apartment units, residents can bring furnishings from home and decorate as they wish. Meals, snacks, activities, assistance with medication administration, internet and Direct TV, laundry services, along with 24 hour staffing are all provided and included in the monthly cost of rental.
Our residents are very active and participate in social gatherings and outings with family, friends and staff. A family dining room is available for use for private, cozy gatherings.
Units are equipped so that residents can prepare a quick snacks or meal if they so desire. All maintenance and repair needs involving resident units is provided by the facility.
Professional, licensed barber/beauty salon services are located on-premises.
