Our Julesburg Clinic is located on the hospital campus at
900 Cedar Street, Julesburg.
Hours of operation are 7:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday
With 6 providers to serve you (2 physicians, 3 Physician Assistants and one Family Nurse Practitioner), we can schedule you quickly so that you feel better faster!
Our 2 satellite clinics, one in Big Springs, NE and one in Chappell, NE, are each staffed with 1 physician and 2 Physician Assistants throughout the week.
Our Big Springs Clinic is located on 3rd Street in Big Springs and is open on Monday, Thursday and Friday (9:00 - 11:00). Walk-ins are welcome for blood pressure checks and vaccinations.
Our Chappell, NE clinic is located on 2nd Street, in the very heart of downtown Chappell. We're open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
