Our Julesburg Clinic is located on the hospital campus at
900 Cedar Street, Julesburg.
Hours of operation are 7:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday
With 6 providers to serve you (2 physicians, 3 Physician Assistants and one Family Nurse Practitioner), we can schedule you quickly so that you feel better faster!
Our two satellite clinics; one in Big Springs, NE and one in Chappell, NE, are each staffed with one physician and two Physician Assistants throughout the week.
Our Big Springs Clinic is located at 100 West 3rd Street in Big Springs and is open on Monday, Thursday (9:00 - 3:00) and Friday (10:00 - 12:00). Walk-ins are welcome for blood pressure checks and vaccinations.
Our Chappell, NE clinic is located at 758 2nd Street, in the heart of downtown Chappell. We're open from 8:30 - 5:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
