Sedgwick County Memorial Hospital DBA Sedgwick County Health Center, is inclusive of the following entities: Sedgwick County Memorial Hospital, Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home, The Jacob J. and Anne B. Walter Assisted Living Center, The Valley Medical Clinics of Julesburg, CO, Big Springs, NE and Chappell, NE, and complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination as defined by 45 CFR § 92.101(a)(2) but excluding any portion of the definition which is subject to a restriction on enforcement by order of a court of competent jurisdiction with authority over such matters). Sedgwick County Health Center does not exclude people or treat them less favorably because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
