A supportive living environment where residents maintain independence while receiving help with daily tasks as needed.

Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home
Best for: Those needing ongoing assistance with daily activities plus nursing oversight.
WHAT IT IS
Comprehensive skilled nursing care with 24/7 support for residents who need help with most daily activities and medical needs.
SERVICES INCLUDE
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance, Self Pay
Transitional Care
Best for: Recovering after hospitalization; not ready to go home yet.
WHAT IT IS
Short-term rehabilitation to help you recover and regain strength after a hospital stay, with the same care team you trust.
