Best for: People who are mostly independent but need light daily support; ambulate independently or with assistive devices.

A supportive living environment where residents maintain independence while receiving help with daily tasks as needed.

Sedgwick County Memorial Nursing Home

Best for: Those needing ongoing assistance with daily activities plus nursing oversight.

Comprehensive skilled nursing care with 24/7 support for residents who need help with most daily activities and medical needs.

  • Dining, ambulation, bathing & dressing help
  • 24/7 nursing & medication management
  • Weekly PT/OT & restorative care
  • Wound & ostomy care
